What To Expect From Our Class's
Please find a brief explanation of what to expect from each our classes.
Kickboxing Class's
These classes include techniques derived from Thai boxing and Dutch style K1. Classes may include padwork, drilling and clinch work. (Any sparring in these classes would be optional and technique focused)
Boxing Class's
Western style boxing focusing on skill acquisition and defensive techniques. Footwork, padwork and bagwork all included. (Any sparring will be optional and technique focused)
No-Gi BJJ
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes covering a wide range of grappling techniques. Joint locks, chokes and other submissions all included. These classes will involve grappling rounds with your training partners
Wrestling Class's
Freestyle wrestling techniques with a modified rules set to suit our MMA practioners. Clinching, Leg attacks and throws all covered. This class will include live rounds with your training partners
MMA Class's
These classes will include aspects of all martial arts and be blended into specifics of the MMA rules set for example cage wrestling, shoot boxing and ground and pound. These classes will include live technical rounds with your training partners.
Team Sparring
Our dedicated sparring session for our fight team, this is your chance to refine the skills you have been working on in live rounds. Heavier rounds of sparring especially for those in fight prep in a controlled manner to minimise damage and maximise longevity in the sport.
